Exercise and fitness other names of happy life

Happy life.... long life. This famous saying denotes that the happy life is a long life. A happy life is expected to be free from tensions and worries. A happy life is synonym to fit and healthy body. In other words, we can say that a life is happy only if we are healthy and fit. It is correctly believed that a happy mind lives in a healthy body. A fit person tends to be tension free and is mostly capable to control adverse situations too.

It is well said that a healthy body is a house of healthy mind. Hence, it is really important to maintain good health and remain fit. It is always good to maintain good stamina. To get good stamina and good health there is a strong need to exercise or workout at gym. Work out at gym would give your muscle a chance to recover from the build of the lactic acid in your body, which is a common side effect of high intensity activities such as weight lifting or sprinting.

Stamina ensures, for example, that you can climb a large flight of stairs without puffing or pausing for breath half-way up or probably run down the road for a bus if you are late for an appointment. There are other names for this ability, including endurance, cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity, but they all mean the same thing - that the heart, lungs and circulation are working effectively and efficiently.

Studies have proved that more than 50 percent of adults in Western countries do little regular stamina-building exercise, and 25 percent are not physically active in any way. The more sedentary you become in your daily life, the less stamina you have, and this has serious implications on your health.

Stamina is a name that enables you to train yourself for any kind of situation and conditions that one may have to overcome during his life span. Managing with such adverse situations and circumstances ensures happy and long life.
